President Joe Biden prepares for Thursday’s prime-time address. His partisan comments will only cause more division for the great “unifier”. Even Maryland Governor Larry Hogan was able to stop his semi-fascist speech on “MAGA Republicans”, which was about Trump’s “unifier” remarks. He publicly said that the party must move past Trump in order to win in 2024..
Hogan told Fox News Digital:
“Joe Biden claimed he would try to unite the nation and needed to reduce some divisive anger rhetoric. But this divisive and angry rhetoric is quite over-the-top and I believe it’s a mistake .”
“I get that he has the electoral advantage. He’s trying to shift things from, I’d say, his failing record as President and the fact the Democrats have moved to the left. And so, attacking the right wing of the Republican Party… the MAGA base… it’s probably good politics, but I don’t think it’s the right thing for the country.”
During the monologue on “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Carlson said:
“Old Age is a time when God allows us to reflect upon what we have done, what we left behind, and to consider where we are going. Joe Biden would be thinking about this. You wouldn’t think so. Joe Biden doesn’t do that. Joe Biden doesn’t ask questions about his soul in the last days of his 79thyear. As he says, he’s making statements about your soul, which is the soul of this nation. Tomorrow night, that’s his primetime address. You won’t hear any transcendental remarks from him as he talks. Although we have not seen the transcript yet, it is certain that Biden won’t say anything about the greatest problem our nation faces, which is the complete lack of meaning in national life .”
He continued:
” What do Americans believe? Why is all this important? Combating climate change Screaming about diversity, equity, and trans rights? That’s not the point. These are just fads. These are not ideals, and they don’t make sense if we only have them. The center of American identity is missing something. It’s no wonder that everyone is going crazy. But don’t be surprised if Biden doesn’t address this tomorrow. Biden, regardless of his political leanings, is a partisan and a member of a team. So, naturally he will use this time to push for partisan advantage ahead of the coming midterm elections and that alone is not surprising.”
Biden is not doing anything to unify this country. Many might say that he has done more harm than good. The country is now more divided than ever. This was not his primary message while on the campaign trail. Unity and working together with each other to pass bipartisan legislation was his main message. One semi-bipartisan bill was passed. It was the infrastructure legislation. This was only one bipartisan bill in almost two years.
Carlson added:
” In his old age, Biden’s sense of balance and restraint has diminished. Biden has lost all of his fine motor skills. Instead of persuading, he just bludgeons. He declared that what we are seeing is the “beginning or death knell” of the extreme MAGA philosophy in a speech last Wednesday. It’s not Trump alone, but the whole philosophy. It’s semi-fascism for fascists. Joe Biden claims that this is the opposite side. He compared tens to millions of Americans to moral monstrosities we bombed, shot, and then hung from the bars in World War II .
” The children and grandchildren of Americans who fought the Nazis now consider themselves Nazis because they vote Republican. It’s hard to believe that any U.S. president would say something like that, even in private, but Joe Biden just did and then a few hours later at a high school gym, he said it again.”
One of the issues with Biden’s dangerous rhetoric, is that he uses broad strokes to paint a picture on everyone who doesn’t support him or his policies. Those who are against his agenda are “semi–fascist .”
This isn’t bringing America together, it’s breaking it down. Biden is set to give his speech Thursday night in Philadelphia; it is expected to be on the “battle for the soul of the nation.”
