There is an update to the lawsuit filed in May by Louisiana and Missouri against the Biden Administration members, Joe Biden included, in order to reveal the collusion between them, social media companies, and to censor speech on various subjects, such as the Hunter Biden laptop or COVID.
“Big Tech is an extension of Biden’s Big Government. Neither are they protecting freedoms for Americans, but rather suppressing truths and demonizing people who disagree with them,” stated Attorney General Landry. Now Missouri and Louisiana have released a joint statement detailing what they found in their suit. This spells trouble for the Biden Administration according Missouri Attorney general Eric Schmitt.
” We have received documents that show that federal officials are incestuous with social media companies. They also coordinate to restrict freedom of expression. But, we don’t think that it is done,” Schmitt stated. “The Department of Justice has been hiding behind executive privilege. It has refused to hand over communications between high-ranking Biden Administration officials as well as social media firms. We asked the Court yesterday to force the Department of Justice into producing those records. We are just beginning .”
The joint statement called it a vast “Censorship Enterprise.” It explained that the DOJ provided the two states with information pursuant to the suit, identifying 45 federal officials who have interacted with social media companies on misinformation. But on top of that, Meta identified 32 additional federal officials, including White House officials, who communicated with them; YouTube also identified 11 federal officials, including White House officials, many of whom were not disclosed by the DOJ.
The joint statement continued, “The discovery so far demonstrates how this Censorship Enterprise was extremely wide, including officials at the White House and HHS, DHS and CISA; the CDC and NIAID; and apparently other agencies as well such as the Census Bureau and the FDA. It reaches the top levels of U.S. government, with many White House officials. Defendants have objected to producing some of the most relevant and probative information in their possession.”

They are coordinating in order to “expect” the White House from them.
Further communication show that Facebook “increasing our demotions COVID/vaccine-related content, that third party fact checks rate as either ‘Partly False’ or ‘Missing Content .’

Among the things revealed in the emails so far are the regular coordination between the Biden Administration and Facebook, where it talks about regular weekly meetings and planning a monthly “misinformation” meeting.

They tried to come together over concerns regarding the Disinformation Governance Board.

They were concerned about accounts like parody Fauci and collaborated to determine if they could be removed.

The Biden Administration wants to suppress any opinions that are not in line with the story they want to tell. They call MAGA persons the fascists. All of this opens the possibility of First Amendment questions. They appear to be acting at the White House’s direction and having coordination at the highest levels. It may explain Mark Zuckerberg’s admission on Joe Rogan that they were contacted by the FBI about election misinformation prior to the Hunter Biden story dropping. Facebook also restricted this story. Zuckerberg probably wanted to avoid this by trying to be ahead of the game, as he knew that this would happen.
