Police Release Photos of Gunman and Seek Witnesses to Shootings in Langley, BC

Police have released photographs of a 28-year-old gunman, as they seek witnesses to Monday’s shooting rampage in Langley, B.C., that left two victims dead and two wounded.

The photos depict Jordan Daniel Goggin in two different outfits throughout the shoots. They began at midnight, and ended nearly six hours later when he was shot by police.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team described Goggin at six feet one as a Caucasian male with dark brown hair and a light goatee.

He was wearing a black T shirt and shorts. Police say that he then changed to brown overalls with a camouflage Tshirt.

Police said that Goggin was driving a Mazda four-door sedan in white from Surrey.

IHIT states that one witness came forward, and police hope others will do the same. Police are trying to build a chronology of shootings.

” We are looking for additional witnesses in order to assist with victimology and to determine motive,” stated Sgt. IHIT spokesperson David Lee There may be some people who can recall seeing Goggin and his Mazda or even meeting him .”

The shootings that were described by police as “transient victims” left two men dead and another man with minor injuries. A woman was also critically ill.

Prime minister Justin Trudeau released a Twitter statement expressing his horror at the shooting.

The post stated that he feels for the families and communities of the victims and is sending his condolences to the people who are hurt.
