An ex-Judge Andrew Napolitano stated Wednesday, on Newsmax TV’s The Balance that Donald Trump would be brought before the Department of Justice for the classified material found in an FBI raid of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Palm Beach home.
Referring to Napolitano’s Washington Times article Bolling stated, “Judge quickly, I don’t have much time but you wrote an opinion-ed saying you believe that there will be indictment against the former president. Could you please tell us why ?”

Napolitano stated, “Because he doesn’t believe the government would have gone through that without informing him in advance.” Although it hurts to admit, I believe he shouldn’t be indicted. However, I believe the decision makers have made their mind and will present this to the grand jury right after the midterm election .”

Bolling responded, “OK judge, I really appreciate your on.
Bolling replied, “OK, judge — I really appreciate you on. Although I know you weren’t going to tell it, it was necessary .”
