Kamala Harris Supported Bail Fund, Released Man Charged Again With Murder

Vice-President Kamala Harris has lower approval ratings than President Joe Biden and all of her predecessors during this time in office. By these low standards, VP Harris outperforms herself in the race for the bottom.

Tuesday, Minnesota’s Alpha News reported Shawn Michael Tillman from St Paul had been charged with murder a few weeks after being bailed out by the progressive Minnesota Freedom Fund on an indecent exposure case. The controversial organization is known to bail out some violent offenders and was promoted by Kamala Harris in 2020 amid George Floyd protests. Harris tweets ,

“If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedom Fund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota.”

Even Kamala Harris, who is a shrewd and logical person, would realize that protesting was not illegal. However, in Minnesota, violence was commonplace. Already, Rioters set fire to a police station. When Harris sent her support, Minnesota was looking like the Luftwaffe had won.

Here, rioters can be seen tearing down fences and causing damage to law enforcement vehicles. They would later set fire to the precinct.

Minneapolis looked like a war zone, which audiences enjoyed, while Hollywood celebrities cheered the devastation.

As my RedState colleague Nick Arma previously reported, the fund received an enormous amount in donations, over $35 million. Kamala Harris and at least 13 Biden campaign staffers donated to the fund. It isn’t the first time that the fund has failed to protect communities from criminals held in jail. Tillman was charged with the murder.

A Vice-President who supported criminals in setting a city ablaze, including a precinct that left it looking like an active combat zone, is quite deplorable. It is disgusting that a Vice President solicited donations for a fund to allow dangerous criminals into the area, leading to violent assaults and increasing numbers of homicides.

Tillman has been convicted of eight counts each for indecent exposure and a weapon offense. Six rounds of ammunition from his handgun were unloaded into the victim’s body by Tillman, who is charged with murder in a “beef rivalry”. This was caught on surveillance video and investigators believe it happened at 4 AM. Minnesota Republican legislators continue to attempt to prohibit organizations such as MFF operating within the state. Fox News reports Harris’ office has not responded to requests for comment.
