It smells like cover-up: Garland tries to shut down DOJ employees talking to Congress

We’ve seen a lot FBI personnel come forward to speak out about the politicization and bias of the bureau. There have been accusations of them being biased in closing down Hunter Biden’s investigation, as well as opening up investigations regarding Donald Trump. One whistleblower, Timothy Thibault was accused of bias and has been fired. Thibault is alleged to have been involved in both the investigations against Trump as well as Hunter Biden.

But it seems like whistleblowers are making the Biden administration nervous about what they have to say.

According to Mike Davis (ex-Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley), founder and president the Article III Project and a Gorsuch law clerk), Attorney General Merrick Galrland tells DOJ employees, which includes the FBI, not to speak to Congress.

Attorney Garland Merrick Garland has just sent a message out to all at the Justice Department informing them that no one can contact Congress.

(My source: Congress. )

Why did he not order another gag about the illegal and inappropriate Justice Department leaks that were made to the media?

Coverup.

“Attorney Garland Merrick Garland sent out an email to all at the Justice Department, directing that no one can contact Congress,” Davis stated. “(My source: Congress.) He didn’t order another gag about the illegal and inappropriate Justice Department leaks to media. Coverup.”

Davis was not kidding. Here’s Garland’s letter.

Garland attempts to hide his true identity in the letter by claiming that it won’t hinder whistleblowers from speaking. Let’s face it, once you get this letter, which tells people to not talk to Congress now, then you will know exactly what is being said. This is why this letter was sent out. These are FBI whistleblowers who speak to Congress. It doesn’t matter how well you dress it, it will still come across as an attempt to cover up and intimidating for anyone who may want to speak out. I think it won’t go down well with Senator Chuck Grassley, R-IA. He has been asking a lot these kinds of questions.

Davis points out that, if Garland suddenly becomes concerned about violating regulations of any kind, then where is Garland’s effort to stop the leaky like a sieve work that the FBI is doing to the media in order to craft their narrative concerning the raid against President Donald Trump.

Shot from the bow of whistleblowers.

When will AG Merrick Garland be able to find “an appropriate time to reiterate to all Department personnel that it is not inappropriate to selectively leak information to the media regarding ongoing criminal investigations?”

And illegal to leak from grand jury proceedings? https://t.co/bsjKXfy4VL

While Garland tried to seal the warrant for Trump’s raid, claiming that it was vital to protect the investigation’s integrity, we witnessed his staff leaking all sorts of absurdity. Garland claimed that he wasn’t involved in the warrant, but there were documents that contained nuclear information. Garland stated that he was involved, and there has been no support in warrants or affidavits for the nuclear claim. Trump was guilty of leaking nuclear material. Garland’s failure to alert the media about the leaking of nuclear material, and his attempts to stop Congress from talking, make the contrast even more striking.

Garland has dug himself a grave with this letter, and will have to answer to Congress about it.
