Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo

Celebrate the golden age of California history and the great American West at the 20th Anniversary of the Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo. Committed to preserving the cowboy way of life, this event features 30 contestants facing off wild horses, raging bulls, and fierce calves that will keep your heart racing and boots stomping!

Discover the Upper Newport Bay Kayak Tour

The Newport Bay Conservancy hosts group kayak tours that are led by volunteer naturalists who have been trained in Upper Newport Bay’s ecological reserve. Each tour can take up to 20 people and is 2 hours long. Newport Aquatic Center is located at 1 Whitecliffs Drive in Newport Beach. Saturdays 10-12 p.m. Tickets start at $25. 2022 Sea Country Festival

Gear up for three days of music, games and rides. Enjoy live entertainment, great food, and lots of fun. This event, which is hosted by Laguna Niguel’s Parks and Recreation Department

, costs nothing to participate in, although there are minimal fees for the games and rides. To jump ahead, wristbands for rids are available online for $35, or $40 at the door. The Taste of Laguna Niguel partnership will sell food at the festival. This is to promote local restaurants, wines, and breweries.

Falun Dafa Meditation

Take part in a meditation workshop at the beach. Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Giong) is an advanced Buddhist practice for self-cultivation that is based on truthfulness, compassion and tolerance. Senior Health Fitness Expo

Improve your health and well-being with this year’s Senior Health Fitness Expo. There will be demonstrations of dance, tai-chi, yoga, and other fitness activities. As it’s geared toward adults ages 50 and older, it will also be presenting health screenings, educational presentations, and the latest health and fitness exhibitors.

Pacific Amphitheatre Concert

Legends of Motown Comedy Slamm & Dance Party

The Phoenix Club in Anaheim will host a party filled with laughter, music and dancing. The event features tributes to beloved musical artists–such as Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Al Green, and Lou Rawls–plus a dance party for all varieties of listeners, from classic 70s and old-school funk to salsa and line dances. Scott Wood, comedian from “Something Smells Funny”, will host the event to bring out the laughter in guests.
