I know this sounds like a hypocrite but it’s true: You shouldn’t live online. As I type this, my Moore to the Point comment will be recorded. It will air on NewsTalkSTL. RedState will publish a companion piece. This article can then be shared online. This is because my primary job involves editing and publishing articles online. This is because % of my waking time I spend online.

Why do you say that?

The handsome beau and me went to the wedding of a friend’s daughter. The ceremony was informal and fun. There was also a great reception. And do you know the main theme of this wedding? Smiles, laughter, joy. They were living , and enjoying one of the most important occasions in life.

It is statistically unlikely that all those present shared the same political views – or any other topic. It didn’t matter because it wasn’t about arguing over differences, or proving who was right or wrong. Politics aren’t irrelevant – they are important. But they’re just a tool to help us live happy and free lives.

It’s crucial to do the living part.
