Puzzled photos of finches are making internet users squeak as they try to find the bird amongst a sea of rocks.
Photographer Yolanda Bogert, 42, recently shared a picture of a finch she named George to social media, puzzling hundreds of viewers who were unable to spot him.
After posting her photo on a Facebook bird photography page with the caption “spot he finch,” the mother-of-two was overwhelmed with comments asking for information about George, the bird.
The nurse who lives in Darwin, Australia met George just a few days before and comically named him after “Looney Tunes”. “I will call him George !”
” After I took the picture, he came very near to my foot,” Yolanda stated. He wrestled with the seedhead of a grass clump, and then he flew away with all his riches.
“George has only known me for a short time, but we are friends .”

Facebook members commented that Yolanda’s perplexing photograph would make an excellent jigsaw puzzle.
The Facebook group has an ironic, comical twist. It rewards photographers for being underachievers rather than those who excel.
Yolanda said she was happy to claim the just deserts of her photos which meet this criteria.
” I’m certain George would also be happy,” she said. “I will keep my eyes open for George with my camera .”
