First, Firing White People

At first glance, you might find it unbelievable that the Minneapolis School District and local teachers union reached a deal in which fired white teachers prior to teachers of color during any staff reductions. If layoffs occur, the contract requires that POCs be hired first. This is legal! As Eugene Volokh reported, double-plus is not legally allowed.

The most amazing thing about it is that it was approved. And I don’t mean lawyers not doing their job. This outrageous contract, in which teachers will be dismissed based on skin color, must have been signed by all teachers. It was also approved by the school board. This is exactly what “equity”, means. Whenever you hear progressives, or people in progressive-dominated institutions (like public education), gassing on about the importance of “equity,” what they really mean is “firing white people first, hiring white people last. “

It is amazing that whites are so full of self-hatred, they will agree to policies such as this. Many have been demoralized by the DEI propaganda and are now unable to defend their interests or those of their families. The color of a person’s skin should not be used to punish or reward them. As a nation, we used to believe this and have worked hard to make it a reality. The Left now wants America to fall apart along racial lines. This is teaching us hate and entitlement based on our skin colors.

It is worth reminding you all, over here on the Atlantic side, that this was the European ruling elites’ view of the issue. They are creating the conditions for an ignoble racial or religious war from their monstrous self-loathing and hate for Western civilization. Like their American counterparts at the DEI fronts, European elites (Hungary’s Viktor Orban being a notable exception) cannot believe that any of these things are true. This is their path to virtue. To disagree with them and want to protect your home in Europe (Europe) and fairness at work (America), is a racist.

These progressives should be so cold-cocked that they tremble at the polling booth. Americans are becoming more aware that those in power hate them and want to punish them. DEI propaganda is intended to make about half of Americans believe they don’t deserve just treatment due to their skin color. The other half will be taught that their skin color makes them entitled to special treatment. It isn’t going to work.
