Fox News examined a new angle on the Mar-a-Lago case.

“Russian media outlets offered words of support to Former President Donald Trump during the FBI raid at his Mar-a-Lago, Florida home. This was in an effort to sow discord within the U.S.,” the network stated in an analysis Sunday.

“Russians know that Donald Trump has a hot button and they use narratives to create discord in America,” Rebekah Koffer ,, a former intelligence officer at DIA and author of “Putin’s Playbook: Russia’s Secret Plan To Defeat America,” said Fox News.

” The comments were made after numerous Russian media outlets expressed support for Trump following the FBI raid at his house. Both Izvestia (Izvestia) and RenTV both claimed that the raid was meant to stop Trump running in 2024,”, as the network indicated in their analysis.

“Russian media outlets also reported that Moscow had already read top-secret documents taken from Mar-a-Lago. Some speculated on the possibility of former President facing jail. The analysis stated that Koffler claimed the Russian outlets had seized the raid under the Kremlin’s direction.
