‘Like Brian Stelter in Yoga Pants? Greg Gutfeld Talks Into Media’s Trump Raid Talking Points

Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld criticised members of the media for not using the term “raid” in describing the FBI’s action at Mar-a-Lago. He used a comparison with Brian Stelter, a CNN host.

“Jesse Watters agreed, asking the co-host on “The Five” if it was not amazing that when they do these montages it is so obvious that there’s only one script. (RELATED: ‘Think About What They Could Do To You’: Lara Trump Issues Dire Warning To American Public After Mar-a-Lago Raid)

“There’s absolutely one script and it comes from somewhere,” Gutfeld continued. “I don’t know where it is, maybe it’s the DNC, but they all get it and it’s ‘Okay, this is what we’re going to say today.'”

FBI agents executed a search warrant at the Florida estate owned by former President Donald Trump as part of an investigation into allegations involving classified documents. Republicans condemned the raid and promised to open an investigation.

Gutfeld criticized Democrats and media for their semantics. He cited claims that Border Patrol officers on horseback beat migrants at the U.S.–Mexico border. “For once, they’re in absolute definitions, where they refuse to redefine recession, where you call black people White supremacists such as Larry Elder. Then they stretch the language in yoga pants, and then come back where there is a large incident in which a large number of armed persons into the house, and they say it’s only a search. Gutfeld stated.

Gutfeld made these comments after MSNBC hosts and guests claimed that “raid” wasn’t appropriate to describe the FBI’s action at Mar-a-Lago (the Florida estate of former President Donald Trump).
