The Shamefully Inept Gaslighting of SCOTUS’s Decision about Abortion by WH

I think that many left-leaning people still don’t understand the significance of the SCOTUS ruling in Wade v. Roe.

Unfortunately it appears that Joe Biden, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre are among those who don’t know the topic.

I don’t believe the Supreme Court, or for that matter Congressional Republicans – who have for decades pushed their extreme agenda – has a clue as to the power of American females.

Last Night in Kansas, they discovered.

” I don’t believe the Supreme Court, or for that matter Congressional Republicans – who have for decades pushed their extreme agenda – know anything about American women’s power,” Biden stated. Biden spoke of Kansas’ decision to reject an amendment which would weaken abortion protections.

Then, there was Karine Jean-Pierre White House Press Secretary.

Karine Jean-Pierre on Kansas voters rejecting an amendment providing no right to an abortion: “In the wake of Dobbs, the president predicted people would turn out in record numbers to reclaim rights stolen from them…” pic.twitter.com/r7Tu47BSZ0

She claimed that Biden predicted that people would come out in record numbers and claim rights they had been denied. .”

Um, guys? In Dobbs did not ban abortion. They sent it back for states to decide. So Kansas did what the Supreme Court allowed, regardless of whether or not one liked the decision. The Supreme Court didn’t steal any rights. They made sure that they were right where they belong — alongside the women who voted. Jean-Pierre and Biden don’t even know what the decision means. They’re trying to confuse everyone by claiming that they understand the decision.

Jean Pierre didn’t stop there. It seems she doesn’t understand what the Supreme Court is for or how government functions.

Witted KJP, a legal scholar, claimed that “From the first, when the Supreme Court took this extreme decision to remove a constitutional rights, it was an unconstitutional act by them.” It is the Supreme Court’s responsibility to decide what’s constitutional. Jean-Pierre has no such authority. It wasn’t extremist. It was actually the Court that passed Roe, which was an “activist Court” that gave a right that wasn’t in the Constitution. It was just handing the power back to the states legislatures, and to those who had it in the first place. She doesn’t seem to understand what a constitutional rights is. She’s really trying to win the Paul Krugman Award for how often someone can be so utterly wrong. This might be the winner of an award honoring shamelessness.

Where does she suggest that the case is sent to for it to be decided? https://t.co/ifJ8nwIoFG

Jean-Pierre made the comment, which elicited a response from Fox’s Bret Baier who thought it was incredibly bizarre.

We can get as many Democrats off the power in November to keep these insane people at bay.
