According to the report, both cars suffered “major collision damage” in the crash that happened around 10: 17 p.m. on May 28. CalFire’s medical units were first to arrive on the scene. A deputy from Napa County Sheriff’s Department followed. The California Highway Patrol found Paul Pelosi, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, still sitting in its driver’s chair. He was not in his sport-utility vehicle. The scene was not conducive to medical attention.

When Pelosi was asked for ID, he handed them his driver’s license and an “11-99 Foundation” card. The 11-99 Foundation is a California Highway Patrol charity that supports officers and provides scholarships for their children. He’s making a conscious effort to be kind to others.

However, the report states that he showed “signs and symptoms” of impairment when they test him. They “observed objective indicators and symptoms of alcohol abuse,” such as “red/watery eyes,” speech slurred, and “strong odors emanating from his mouth .”

The report stated that Pelosi had been the one who caused the accident and they arrested him. He was tested for his blood alcohol level about two hours later, and it showed a 0.082.

Pelosi will be appearing in court on Wednesday. Another interesting fact was also discovered in the charges. According to the first charge, he injured the driver while “under the influence” of an alcoholic drink and drug. It is not known what drug that was. Second, he was charged with driving while. 08 percent or over. These charges can be considered misdemeanors.
