Police Bangladesh is investigating suspected poisoning. A British man and his child were discovered dead, while three other family members have been admitted to hospital.
Police stated that five relatives were found unconscious by them after they raised alarm on Tuesday when Sylhet’s family didn’t answer.
Rafiqul Islam, 50, and his son Mahiqul Islam, died on the way to the hospital, according to local media.
Rafiqul is admitted to MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital with his wife Hosne A Islam, their daughter Samira and their son Sadiqul.
The family of Cardiff arrived in Bangladesh this month.
