Former President Donald Trump asked NBA star LeBron to be a woman in order for women’s basketball to dominate Tuesday.
The ex-president lamented that UPenn’s transgender swimmer Lia Thomas beat out all the female competition at March’s NCAA Women’s Championships. Trump mocked James again when he was asked about biological men participating in women’s sport.
I’d be one of the best women’s basketball coaches in history,” Trump stated. “Because I don’t like LeBron James, I like Michael Jordan much better. LeBron James would be the first person I approached. You should be a star in my new team. They will be the best team ever, and they won’t lose. Nobody will fall within 70 points this team .” We have to do something about that. He said it, in reference to fairness in women’s sports. The young lady that I’m referring to is too afraid of talking about it. This is crazy. She has been shunned, and her conversations about it have been canceled. It’s crazy .”
Trump mocked James for appearing as a transgender lady at an Arizona “Protect Our Elections” rally.
“Somebody stated that LeBron James would be on the court if he ever got the operation.” he added. I’m going to be truthful, though. We all want to win. If I were a coach, I tell you, I wouldn’t be talking to too many women as we know women, I’d be getting some of these people that … they’re women.” (RELATED: Trump Suggests LeBron James Should Go Dominate The WNBA At Rally)
