I wanted to hear different viewpoints at Freedomfest in Las Vegas. I did this by having a conversation both with an atheist and an evangelical Christian. Eric Metaxas hosts and is the author of “Is Atheism dead” and Michael Shermer, founder of Skeptic Magazine and “Why People Believe Weird Things,” were my conversation partners. Needless to state that I found two completely different perspectives on religion.
