Trump in Alaska: Lisa Murkowski – ‘Worse Than a Democrat’

Ex-President Donald Trump slammed Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski during a rally held in Alaska’s home state on Saturday. He called her “worse” than a Democrat .”

Campaigning to several candidates in the state including Murkowski’s challenger Kelly Tshibaka. The former president claimed Murkowski was “lousy senator”, hailing from Washington swamp. She cited her opposition to Justice Brett Kavanaugh being nominated to the Supreme Court, and her confirmation of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.

“She is a creature of Washington swamp, but even worse. She’s also a tool for a corrupt institution like the ones we have never seen. The fake news media loves her,” Trump said.

The former president also criticised Murkowski for supporting gun control legislation following the shootings at Uvalde (Texas) and Buffalo, New York.

” This is your chance to get rid of the horrible RINO Senator Lisa Murkowski who is worse than a Democrat. Trump stated that she was worse than a Democrat.

A Murkowski campaign spokesperson stated in writing that Senator Murkowski “has a history of setting aside politics and delivering Alaska .”

” “It’s unfortunate that Lisa Murkowski’s political adversaries continue to try and deceive Alaskans, misrepresenting her strong record of getting things done in Congress,” stated spokesperson Shea Siegert.

Murkowski was also attacked by Kelly Tshibaka her challenger after her vote to confirm Ketanji brown Jackson and vote for gun control legislation.

“She pretends that she is a friend to the 2nd Amendment when she travels Alaska, but she votes in Washington, D.C. for the elites, the insiders, and votes against law-abiding Alaskans,” Tshibaka stated in June. “At least Democrat Pat Chesbro has been honest in restricting rights for our citizens, so that you can see where she stands .”

Former President Donald Trump enthusiastically endorsed Tshibaka when her candidacy was first announced in 2021.

Trump stated that

“Murkowski must go.” Trump said that her vote to confirm Biden as Interior Secretary was an act of killing long-sought for and approved [Arctic National Wildlife Refuge] and Alaska jobs .”

“Kelly Tshibaka can defeat Murkowski — she will,” Trump said. “Kelly stands up for Alaskan values and America First .”

The former president stated that Kelly is a strong supporter of both the Second Amendment, and JOBS !”

” I look forward to running in Alaska for Kelly Tshibaka,” Trump said as he gave his “Complete Endorsement !”

Also, during his speech the ex-President hailed former Alaska Governor. Sarah Palin (R), in her race for the state’s one and only House seat. Palin was also one of Trump’s earliest supporters during the 2016 election.

“She’ll be a warrior for our country and your state,” Trump stated about Palin.
